uCertify Introduces Pearson-PHR course

uCertify PHR

The Pearson-PHR – Professional In Human Resources demonstrates mastery of the technical and operational aspects of HR practices and U.S. laws and regulations. The professionally relevant credential is for the HR professional who focuses on program implementation, has a tactical/logistical orientation, is accountable to another HR professional within the organization and has responsibilities that focus on the HR department rather than the whole organization.

The PHR  comprises of  Computer-based Testing (CBT) with 175 multiple-choice questions (150 scored, 25 pre-test), that one needs to attempt in 3 hours. Your PHR certification will be valid for three years. To remain certified, you must earn 60 recertification credit hours over the three-year time span. There are many low- and no-cost ways to earn recertification credits

The PHR certification has many merits for instance, according to a survey done by Payscale.com, HR professionals who are certified earn substantially higher than their non-certified counterparts. While the difference is less noticeable in more junior levels,  as you move up the HR food chain the difference becomes much more apparent. According to Payscale’s survey, the median pay for a certified HR professional was $63,900 while those without certification made around $45,300—a difference of nearly $20,000! While the numbers vary across different industries and parts of the country, on average the certification pays off.

So, what are you waiting for, move up the corporate ladder, get certified. With uCertify’s  Pearson-PHR – Professional In Human Resources course, you can never go wrong. It comprehensively covers the course objective with its interactive lessons, video tutorials, labs, exercises, flashcards, quizzes, pre-assessment, and post-assessment.
